Why can't I use several Shopify shops with the same Splio universe?
It's possible to connect several Shopify shops to one Splio universe. This feature is available with the Avanced setup offer. Please note that other players like Klaviyo do not propose this kind of integration.
How can I get the shop identifiers of Shopify?

Is Splio connector compatible with Shopify PoS?
Yes
What does Shopify Headless mean?
Headless Shopify is an e-commerce model that separates the front-end presentation layer from the back-end functionality. This means that you can use different technologies and frameworks for the front end, such as GatsbyJS, NextJS, or ReactJS, and then pull data from Shopify via the Storefront API.
How long does it take to sync my Shopify Store with Splio?
It depends on whether you have data to initialize in Splio using the connector from another CMS. If you need to migrate this data into Splio via Shopify, please contact your project manager and specify the volume of data for contacts, products, and orders you have to migrate.
How can I manage back in stock use cases?
We suggest you to use dedicated application to do that :

How are multi-currencies managed on Shopify? How does it work with Splio?
As a Shopify client, you have two options for managing multi-currency setups
- One currency per shop: If you have one shop in EUR and another in GBP, you will have two distinct shops in Shopify, suitable for an advanced setup.
- Multiple currencies in one shop: Using Shopify Market, you can manage all currencies within a single shop, suitable for a standard setup.

Does the connector manage Shopify b2b flows ?
You can add a metafield to synchronize contact company information in Splio, as the company Shopify asset is not included in our supported features.
Can I use Wisepops connector with Shopify connector? How does the 2 connectors work together?
Our Wisepops connector only supports contact email as the unique key in Splio. If your universe do not have this unique key, you can't use this connector.
Is the connector able to retrieve product translations, which are available in Shopify's native API
No, product catalog translations must be imported in Splio thanks to our APIs or datahub.
Does the connector manage contact deletion in Splio ?
A contact deleted in Shopify won't be deleted in Splio. You can delete it in Splio manually or use our APIs or Datahub.
What happens in the connector if a contact makes a purchase without creating an account?
Even if a contact makes a purchase without a Shopify account, the CMS will generate a contact with a shp_id, resulting in its creation in Splio.
Check with your project manager or our customer care team, what is the unique key of your universe.
If your Splio unique key is the email, you must pay attention to these settings in Shopify :

You must ensure that the contact method is set to email only, or that the parameter "require customers to log in to their account before checkout" is enabled to avoid duplicate contact creation in Splio.
The customer cellphone is filled in Shopify but not in Splio, why ?
Shopify sends us the customer's cellphone information only when the contact opts in during the checkout process.
