Interactions are events from 3rd party systems sent to Splio in order to trigger any rules (Marketing Automation or Loyalty). We provide a set of templated interactions through the interface that you can extend to your needs. You will find them in Data > Interactions.
Pre-requisiteFor any interaction to be working and accessible through Splio Customer Platform, you will first need to trigger an event through API.

value_date | Value date is the date of the interaction triggered by the client. It will be used for any filters, targeting and loyalty rules in Splio Customer Platform. |
