Interactions are events from 3rd party systems sent to Splio in order to trigger any rules (Marketing Automation or Loyalty). We provide a set of templated interactions through the interface that you can extend to your needs. You will find them in Data > Interactions.

Pre-requisite
For any interaction to be working and accessible through Splio Customer Platform, you will first need to trigger an event through API.

Parameter	Comment	Examples
`event`	Can be set to anything as a string, avoid special characters	instagram-like
`source_type`	Can be set to anything and needs to be set-up in Splio Customer platform beforehand	post, story, reel
`channel`	Can be set to anything and needs to be set-up in Splio Customer platform beforehand
`individual_id`	Unique key of the contact
`source_date`	Source date will only be used to be displayed in Splio.
`value_date`	Value date is the date of the interaction triggered by the client. It will be used for any filters, targeting and loyalty rules in Splio Customer Platform.
